It is not recommended to use the ultrasonic cleaner in the following situations:
1. ultrasonic cleaning is only suitable for cleaning eyeglass frames. Eyeglasses/sunglasses with existing scratches or cracks are not suitable for ultrasonic cleaning.
2. jewellery containing loose stones or soft/porous stones such as pearls, emeralds, amber and opals.
3. silver jewellery that has been tarnished by oxidation.

I'm not even sure if I can contact the seller to get a single rubber foot.
I highly recommend this product
They come out incredibly cleaner and clearer with just 180 seconds of soaking in hot tap water and two drops of standard dish soap.
You will hear a noise, the water inside will heat up and you may see the water become slightly cloudy as dirt comes off the object and enters the water, but hey, remove the object and you can definitely make a BIG difference in cleaning and it is clear that this device does its job.
Even though it doesn't have a temperature control, I don't think I'll need it because I've been able to use it with both hot and cold water with no issues. For hotter water, I suggest leaving the lid open to prevent condensation.
